For the benefit of the local boys who are not able to pursue studies in the general stream for some reasons or other, the Ashrama has been running an Industrial Training Centre (previous name as Junior Technical School ) since 1967. From July 1990, different trade courses have been introduced. The trades are Welder (1 year), Turner (2 years), Electrician (2 years), Mechanical Draughtsman (2 years), from August 2005 we have started imparting training on Mechanic-Refrigeration and Air-conditioning trade (2 year ITI course) courses. West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education no longer will conduct the H.S.(Vocational) after 2006. 2007 onward the H.S.(Vocational) course will be running under the aegis of West Bengal State Council of Vocational Education and Training.
